There’s a wider variety in opinions on the starters and that’s awesome to see! I’m sticking with Scorbunny (first impressions can mean everything sometimes). I’d love to hear or see more soon though. Like where this really is based off of. It’s got me really curious, but I think they didn’t wanna give it away yet. There may be some big spoilers given away witty a based region detail given away. So they played this one a bit more cautiously. Still I’ve been seeing this go around and the hype has been active all day. Happy Pokémon Day indeed!

This looks really interesting and I'd love to see what new pokemon they make and what mythological references they dig up this time. Maybe I'll be able to get a Switch and actually play a pokemon game newer than Gen 5 lol

It literally looks like a monkey turtwig. The hair, the color scheme. It looks like GF decided to try acid and they saw turtwig as a monkey

I mean it looks similar, but it’s not a total re-skinning. It’s not so the starters were based off the Powerpuff Girls than that xD
