Did I do this right? I've still got stuff I want to do. I evolved Knot (as per Dredd's insistance that all of our starters would be OK), switching him out for Lagann, and Purified both of my Shadow Pokemon, and added every Pokemon Dredd said we could put in this. Also, will the new Pokemon become part of my new Pokedex total? (Doubt it'll count for captured Pokemon).

The new pokemon count as captures and here is why. The last version of the game took a year to get four badges. Bringing it back its important that people are rewarded for their patients. I dont mind it meaning prize pokemon are up for grabs.

Also youll need a berry on swampert to bring it to 35 otherwise you're good to go.

I need you to change up your badges. I relaize you were by that gym beforehand. But to justify not getting the badge from flanary we are saying that the gym was closed down after the attack for a little while. That way you can have the same set as the rest of the team.

As Craig basically was exempt from society for a good while, I'm going to say that Norman was in town and awarded the badge for heroism during the attack (Gym Leaders have been shown to award badges on such acts, IE Eirika in response to Ash saving her Gloom from a fire). Craig would quite sincerely have been unable to go anywhere near a settlement that he didn't want flash-frozen in diamond with his insane Yandere girlfriend around, so this is really the only way that could make sense.

One other thing of note: Kat, the girl rescued by Craig in the last bits of Sapphire, is currently in the custody of Detective Lee, and nobody knows what exactly is up with her for now, though obviously the Weather institute is clearly related due to the recordings. She'll crop up later, but not for a good while.
